A rapidly growing healthcare group is seeking to appoint a hands-on Financial Accountant to join its finance team ahead of the launch of a new specialist centre in Dublin City.

This is a rare opportunity to join a highly ambitious healthcare venture at an early stage and play a key role in helping build and shape the finance function from the ground up. The wider group also includes an established dermatology business and a growing direct-to-consumer e-commerce brand, offering excellent exposure across multiple entities and revenue streams.

Working closely with an experienced Finance Director, this role will suit someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants strong exposure across bookkeeping, management accounts, process improvement, and operational finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts across multiple entities
  • Post month-end journals including accruals, prepayments, payroll and intercompany entries
  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and control account reviews
  • Assist with financial analysis and ongoing process improvements
  • Work closely with senior leadership on finance projects and operational improvements
  • Support and mentor junior finance team members as the function grows
  • Build strong relationships across the wider business

Experience:

  • Qualified Accountant ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong communicator with the ability to work closely with non-finance stakeholders

Strong base salary and package attached.
